Embun Suci

Embun suci dinihari

Singgah di kelopak teratai ini

Di hujung kelopak terpingu

Lalu jatuh ke tasik biru

Hilang dalam sinaran mentari

Embun sudah tiada lagi

Tinggal jadi kenangan

Tinggal hanya jadi impian

Tapi embun menjelma lagi

Di pagi syahdu keesokan hari

Embun dini hari...

Morning dew awakens

The water lily beckons

Trembles awhile in view

Before diving into the blue

Kissed by sunlight in the morn

But gone in a flash, with the dawn

Lost within the deep below

Lost - its lustrous glow

Now a distant memory

Never meant to be

Yet - tomorrow awakens again

A new beginning, as was meant...

Where will the catfish go
